The practical steps behind an enquiry at an approved hotel or private rental in London.
Start with the property's rules
A guest may have booked a private room, but the hotel, management company or property owner still controls whether a visiting therapist can enter. Ask before picking a time.
Specify the correct address
This site is London-first, not a promise of nationwide UK therapist coverage. We check local insurance, qualifications and property access.
Know what the concierge confirms
Before a booking is offered, the Tranquilitas team must check a suitable local professional, travel and access requirements, the intended treatment duration and the full price.
What happens next?
Select your desired treatment, duration and exact property. A six-hour minimum notice applies, with longer advance notice possibly required. We will verify the appropriate local practitioner, all applicable access conditions and the full price before any appointment is confirmed.
